Lecture 7: hollow vacuums in white animals are better insulated. If there was no wind, black would be better because it absorbs more heat. Also camouflage: glover discovered white animals near the poles. Veins dirty blood in the heart, arteries the opposite. Veins and arteries are close to each other, so there is a contact zone and there is also a net. Animal can divert the blood in this network and you can also divert heat. In the summer they expend heat in the winter they converse it. So if there is a big difference then more heat would go from foot to environment. Water temp in the winter is about 4 degrees: beavers, ducks and geese and animals with webbed feet does not work for mammals with furry feet. Ivory gull most northern gull in the world: also, stand on one feet and tucking in extremities in the feathers to keep them warm, swans do it too.
