Arena: known to others and known to yourself: lowest chance of conflict. Blindspot: known to others but unknown to yourself: bad traits that you don"t want to realize it, higher chance of conflict, others give feedback to reduce conflict. Fa ade: unknown to others but known to self: something you are ashamed about so you put on an act so people don"t know who you are, highest chance of conflict, share with others to reduce conflict.
