Organizational behavior studies the influence that individuals, groups and structure have on behavior within organizations. An interdisciplinary field devoted to understanding individual and group behavior, interpersonal processes, and organizational dynamics. Its chief goal is to apply that knowledge toward improving an organization"s effectiveness. Productivity: what factors influence the effectiveness and efficiency of individuals. Absenteeism: is not all bad, but having too high employee absent rate will affect productivity.
