Strengths: already know the capabilities of candidates and good promotion opportunities for the candidates. Weakness: subjective and discrimination: method 3: job posting. Strengths: enhance the probability that the firm"s most qualified employees will be considered for the job, give employees an opportunity to become more responsible for their own career department, enable employees to leave a bad" work conditions. Able to acquire competencies which may not be available within the company. New ideas and novel ways of solving problems may emerge: weaknesses. Newcomers take longer to learn about the organization.
