These types of cars didn"t exist 4 years ago. All these kinds of cars uses deep learning and machine learning. This document stated that manufactures need to consider ethical problems in their autonomous cars. New things are possible and we need to change how we release these technologies into the world. These new technologies are raising ethical issues that are affecting laws. Investigating philosophical and legal models of responsibility for autonomous systems. Design methodologies (best practices) to satisfy ethical consideration requirements. The driver is no longer the driver. The car now has to make the decisions the driver originally would have made. You are the sole passenger in an autonomous (driverless) car travelling along a mountain road. Suddenly a child errantly runs into the road, effectively blocking the entrance to the tunnel.
