15 years ago it was the big thing, a concept that explains social behaviour. The world is changing and the reason why is because the world is flowing and the things that used to stop those flows are becoming more and more permeable. Things like borders are becoming more permeable. Satellite allowed people to have more access to things going on in the world. Reality tv now comes in, claimed to show real people in real situations doing real things. People are being told about the negative effects of climate change during this time as well. This is the context of media and morality. What role does media play in thinking about moral questions, like how we"re supposed to live together, understand one another, what will be our politics, etc. Each one of these media possibility gives us more opportunity to reflect. The challenge of living together today is the abundance of communication that there is.
