Debate surrounding the harmful imagery on internet of children. Child pornography has exploded since the creation of internet. Police forces also have smaller budgets for this kind of enforcement due to its proactive nature. Police normally focus their efforts on providers as opposed to consumers due to the sheer number of images and data online. There are strong community of offenders found online. They support each other and find or create material for each other. Honest and mistaken belief that person depicted was over 18: controversy surrounding this is that images can be altered to make the person depicted look older or younger.
