Tutored in us by conrad aiken in writing in cambridge, mass, usa- had bad relationship with him. Undistinguished academic career- alcohol, lack of discipline ruined chances. Met first wife in spain, also a novelist, attempted to settle in mexico- inspiration for quan. Consul and yvonne inspired by him and his wife. Dies of accidental overdose of sedatives and alcohol- but some people suggest otherwise. Video 2: once a year the dead live for one day . Utv is working hard to immerse you in many different minds.
