Semi-structured - more risk, structure of how to manage it. Unstructured - complex situation , no clear goals or choices. 3 choice - evaluate the alternatives and choose. Holistic- look at all the alternatives , get a lot of info and think it all through ( obama , clinton ) Wholistic- intuitive grounded in analogies for quick judgements ( gut based ) ( bush jr)
