Without property rights, women cannot get credit and so they cannot start their own businesses. Ensuring that expenditure incorporates the needs of women. Belief that progress can be made and discrimination can be xed. Some argue that gender discrimination is a fundamental part of capitalism and the only way to solve this is to completely reject the ideologies of capitalism. It is believed that this method will bene t both men and women. In all levels of business, women should have a certain foothold. there is need for more gender representation in different levels of business. Put gender identity above all else and this causes issues as there are other thins we use to identify us e. g. class, race, nationality etc.
