Hart"s response to nazi law and racht(?: we also ought to embrace a separation, you have ultimate responsibility to make own judgements. Morally right and morally wrong: embrace separation - to exercise moral consciousness. Hart also says, law is a source of obligation. Practical reason - hart says law is a source of obligation, legal positivists gave moral reason for this reason.
