Regina v. jordan- appellant charged with murder of beaumont, he stabbed him. At the end of the trial, 2 doctors were brought in and brought forward evidence not available at the beginning of the trial. The doctors administered terramycin to beaumont, and he was allergic, and stopped once he reacted badly. But, another doctor, unknowing of his allergy, gave him more. The issue was if jordan hadn"t stabbed beaumont, he wouldn"t have been given the medicine. Regina v. smith- in an army barracks, 4 stabbings took place. 1 individual took creed to the hospital tent. He fell multiple times taking creed there, it took times. The doctors didn"t have the necessary means to treat the wound, and he died thereafter. Smith said he was the one who did the stabbing: beaumont went on to live for multiple days, creed lived for about 1 or 2. Distinguishing features hours after the stabbing: beaumont, if given the correct medications, would have lived.
