The two requirements to tesify were competent and compellable but there was litle concern with how the vicim wanted to see the outcome. New ofences established: sexual interference, invitaion to sexual touching, sexual exploitaion: evidence counter-revoluion. There were changes in regards to evidences from the vicim.
