Voluntary bodies may spend a significant amount of time fundraising rather than providing services rely on volunteers and may have to restrict services if there is no man power. Relationship with the police coordination of services and cooperation with police and victim services. Problem with the fact that there is a certain political question that gets rearticulated when we don"t address problems of victimization.
