St. augustine (cid:862)a(cid:374) u(cid:374)just la(cid:449) is (cid:374)o la(cid:449)(cid:863) St. aquinas reveal true laws through our god-given powers of reason. Grotius natural law develops through a series of natural progression: wanted to get away with religious influence, he was against mixing religion and law together, wanted to figure out and expose valid law, fan of capitalism. Fuller focused on the rational dimensions of lawmaking as a craft: c(cid:396)aft of la(cid:449)(cid:373)aki(cid:374)g has a u(cid:374)i(cid:395)ue (cid:862)i(cid:374)te(cid:396)(cid:374)al (cid:373)o(cid:396)ality(cid:863) that allo(cid:449)s hu(cid:373)a(cid:374)s to ide(cid:374)tify it as legitimate law.
