Law can be defined as rules and guidelines that are set up by the social institutions to govern behavior. Laws must set out standards, procedures and principles that must be obeyed by all (cid:1) (cid:1) (cid:1) (cid:1) (cid:1) (cid:1) Human rights can be defined as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply for being a human. Sharia law cannot practice without the power and human rights can not be practiced without the power. The connection between human rights and domestic laws. Based on the definitions of law and human rights, we reach the definition of human rights laws. I mean what gives human rights administrative power. Human rights can be changed into international laws by countries" joining international treaties. Legal elements have to help human rights to be changed into laws.
