Research did find that there is no benefiacial effects of exercise on the neurodevelopement but exercise is beneficial for the mother. Moderate exercise does not affect child but too much exercise affects the child. Hypofussion(lower or smaller amount of blood) to some parts of the brain. Abnormal activity in the proimary mortor cortex and brocea areas as weklll as straitum. Pandas (know this --it"s the idea that an immuniological response can lead to torette syndrome and this abnormality can affect the way the basal ganglia functions ) Exercise can increase the brain derian deverived neurotropic factor therefore exercise can affect neurodevelopemnt. Research did find that there is no benefiacial effects of exercise on the neurodevelopement but exercise is beneficial.
