Heart attack: blockage right at the heart and that heart muscle dies. Stuff that breaks up plaque taken in time can make it not too bad. Females lack many of the symptoms displayed in males: more likely to die than males because they are unaware of it, stroke and heart attack often go together. Heart failure: whole heart weakening so it has to try harder to work. Cardiac muscle increases in size not good. Not as much flexibility as needed and that causes less blood flow. Cholesterol (low and high densities): contributes to plaque build up: low density is the worst, high density is good for you. Calcification: calcium builds up in the plaque.
