Can be good or bad: problem focused, directing energy at the problem itself. Help boost creativity which helps us deal with the stressor. Inclusion: when you see that a potential solution could help. Usually by taking a break: finding benefits or meaning. Pulling some positive out of a stressful situation: engaging in an emotional approach. Instead of running away from stressor, try to engage in it. A lot of times our brain makes the stressor seem worse than what it actually is: accommodating to the stressor. Adjusting goals and how we do things: dimensional scoring: most people are in the middle of the terms and rarely ever. 100% of one: not related to each other, one score doesn"t predict the others, openness/closed mindedness. Close: dislike change, rigid, non artistic: conscientiousness/unreliability.
