Passion = the trial and death of jesus. Jesus had a 1 year ministry mostly in the galilee (almost never in larger cities: he taught that the end of the world is imminent, healing mission: sick, blind, lame. Interpreted jewish law: towards of his ministry he goes to jerusalem for temple.
