Moses is a prophet and a messenger. Oneness of god, human accountability of god, importance of action, not just individual deaths but grand deaths- some of the earliest verses are apocalyptic in tone, the impending nature of the doom of human civilization. Some verses speak about the manner of which everything will be unfolded and return to god. Many arabs in this time they"ve understood the concept of time so they had a reason to believe these changes would happen on a larger scale because they happen on an everyday scale all the time. The devil is not the source of evil but your own ego is the source of evil. Verse 82:1: speaks about the word religion deen and can be translated as way.
