The videos that we watched in this class are very prevalent to the symposium taking place on march 1. Lost lives bc did not have access to proper equipment. He takes kids off the street at gunpoint and sexually assaulted them (and taken pictures of it) all in all a bad guy. Rosco was growing pot in a barn : would later get a warrant and take away stolen vehicle parts, weapons, and the pot away. 4 dead - this exposes weakness in training and leadership choices, equipment. By early morning rosco was back at the farm. Rosco made hennessey help him, along w/ chessemen. Lied to canadians and committed fraud in the news media. (two reports that were essentially identical and complete fabrications- labour canada and rcmp report)
