Ethnicity: shared culture- the practices, values and beliefs of a group (little, p. 329) Non-white people, other def- minority access to power and resources (little, p, 329) Institutionalized racism: a societal system has developed an embedded disenfranchisement of a group. Refers to the fact that dominant groups often accept their experience as the normative experience. Full of a number of different passes, but you don"t know that its there.
