He noticed that racism and racist values are internalized, and informal way of value/meaning is imported to one"s mind. Postmodern culture: mixing of low" and high" culture/popular and elite culture. Eg: wine tasting and ballet: this culture tends to break down and reduce or mix the high and low" culture/popular and elite culture.
