Education is defined as the formal learning that takes place in institutions such as colleges, schools, and universities. There are three theoretical approaches to education- functionalist, conflict theory, and symbolic interactionist. Socialization which allows people to act accordingly upon growing and teaches commitment which shows individuals to accept social norms and values. Socialization also teaches capacities or skills from a young age: allocation this refers to the edu(cid:272)atio(cid:374) syste(cid:373) (cid:449)orki(cid:374)g as a (cid:862)sorti(cid:374)g hat(cid:863) (cid:449)hi(cid:272)h strea(cid:373)s people i(cid:374)to various places.
