Answer that we need = adequate training (e. g. body cameras are a superficial solution) Research shows that there is a greater likelihood to be arrested & charged by police if, during an interaction with them, you are defiant/sarcastic/abusive/appear to know more than they do. Deadly vs. non-deadly force escalation steps : verbal force, pain compliance, deadly force police may use if necessary.
