Eliminating government support to groups that support progressive social change (women"s, aboriginal, think tanks, etc. ) More familial stress around children, frail elderly & others who daily support. Changing climate for social workers more privatization, private sector & for-profit work. Specific set of ideas about how best to operate a society economically, socially & politically.
