People were not in homes, but on freeways and in dome without food, water and resources for upwards of five days. The facts of the incident were construed and misunderstood. There were many discrepancies between what government knew and did not act on this. Government left the cities up to themselves, without responding or paying attention to the warnings. This was presumed to be due to arrogance of power. Michael brown, george bush, michael chernoff, ray nilligan, All the important people are ignoring the suffering, and had no plan for the people without means for evacuation to leave: there were no options available and government should have assisted people in this evacuation. Governments tend to disregard this and force autonomy and individualism on those that cannot afford it. After ray nilligan made an aggressive speech, help is given from all the men and women that didn t help.
