One of the main advantages of cbt is that it can be initiated and controlled by the trainee. The responsibility for learning shifts from trainer to trainee. It is becoming increasingly popular because traditional methods of training lack the flexibility to respond quickly to dramatic and constant organizational change and trainee needs.
