Allergic response to an external substance (dust, pollen, foods) Suckin in skin above breastbone between ribs. Position for comfort - supine may decrease ventilation. Recognize triggers and avoid them - lotions/perfumes, keep tx room clean. 5 min steam inhalation prior to tx. Diaphragm release: pre tx steam, postural drainage, cupping/slapping.
