They have the right to enforce that citizens except quebec have the right to attend religious schools. Se(cid:374)ate electio(cid:374)s used i(cid:374) the 90"s (cid:449)ith mulro(cid:374)ey so (cid:449)e ca(cid:374) say that electio(cid:374)s (cid:449)ere used at some with alberta but never been changed. Changes in federal system between 1945 and 1960: We are coming out of centralized system because of the war. Supreme court ruling changes so supreme court of canada starts taking the side of the federal government. Federal appointments to the supreme court so it has favored the federal level more than provinces because they were selected for their vision on centralized canadian federalism. Levels of government becoming much more intertwined than before.
