After 9 years of lesser strikes, nicholas ii starts losing support again in 1914. The duma is not working, reforms are ineffective, and the gap between rich and poor grows. February/march revolution (go back to the ppt and read about rasputin!) Russia starts losing in the great war, and nicholas ii has to put up with lots of resistance.
