Halo effect: surrounds you and changes your perception of things. Colours how you think about the future, past and how you understand yourself. Is not bad, have a tendency to think it is an inherently negative thing. Anxiety is often good for us, you want to have some anxiety because it propels you into action. It can become problematic when theirs no exceptionality.
