Even after frequent use of health-care service, they do not feel better. Symptoms usually medically unexplained, although excessive worry about an explainable symptom might be enough: iad. Heightened bodily sensations (sensitive to temperature and pain etc) Assumptions that it was caused by some prior tragedy or trauma. The case for change: rather than a combination of psychological (fear) and physical (panic) aspects of anxiety disorders, ocd"s core symptoms (and thematic response) are unique ex. obsessions about violence.
