Unclear where boundaries are between schizophrenia and some other types of disorders (autism, bipolar disorder, bpd: high genetic overlap between schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, fair amount of misdiagnosis . Hypomania super-functional semi-mania (bipolar ii: often times they do not want treatment, most people want treatment. From 1996-2004, 56% spike in bd diagnosis.
