They were check to see if there is any detrimental effect on repeated administration: mice were given 12 doses and 100% were of normal level. Drug can be progressed for clinical trials: 130 patients were recruited for a placebo controlled md trial, with age 12+ 12 months treatment period with drug given once every month.
