Prevents women from getting benefits when they have their second, third, fourth etc. children. Lack of universal childcare: do not have universally provided childcare in canada. People say the economy would prosper from it others say it won"t be able to afford it: maternity and parental leave, provides the parents with job protection, maternity leave. 15 18 weeks depending on the province.
