Document Summary
Factories and multinational corporations make profit there but the money goes back home rather and into the developing community. Large richer corporations leave dirtier parts of labour to underdeveloped people. So what is the solution: satellites must break the chains connecting them to the world capitalist market and go off on their own autonomous direction attempt to develop on their own. 1: trade imports where instead of importing manufactures goods, buy domestic manufactured good, higher tariffs make imports items higher taxed, encouraging domestic good. Believed that it runs well in the first stage but not the second. The problem though is that you need capital equipment from abroad to build these things (but to do so they needed world loans) Period 3: how has the less developed world as a whole been faring under. In an absolute sense, poverty appears to be declining worldwide.
