Stable patterns of social relations outside of people you know; these impact us. Inequalities can lead to: marital dissatisfaction, conflict, divorce, poorer physical and mental health. Many women are challenged into certain kinds of jobs because they believe these will be more compatible with family life. Assumptions about women responsibility for children has consequences for women"s career progression. Third level of society that surround us (ie. international monetary fund, world bank, Target of mass protests, being blamed for increasing income inequality. Social forces the organization of the social world opens some opportunities and close others, which constrains our freedom and makes us what we are. Quantitative methods can be used when the social phenomena can be quantified.
