Introduction: canada"s racialized mosaic pyramids of privilege exist, where white middle class, middle ages males are at the top, with the rest of society descending. Canada is a stratified society, where skin colour or backgrounds make a difference. Racialized minorities still feel the strain : preferred term over visible minorities as it acknowledges that attaching a race label to minorities reflects a socially constructed process rather than a description based on alleged biological traits. Racialized inequality o: rather than being neutral and value free. Society has evolved and is organized in a way that reflects, reinforces, and advances as normal the interests of those with the power to define/control it. Or should the finger be pointed at mainstream structures from social class to economic structuring that, willfully or unintentionally, compromise minority life chances to the detriment of social justice and economic efficiency?
