The self : self-concept/self-schema, thoughts about who we are, social identities, personal qualities. Self awareness- examine and know who we are. Self esteem- value we place on ourselves. Self knowledge- what we know about ourselves (ex. Early development of self-awareness: mirror test- how the person(baby) responds to itself in the mirror, the ability to recognize themselves.
