Power and legitimacy: power: ability to obtain what we desire in a group despite resistance. Inspiration, charisma, individualized consideration: gender, gender differences with leaders, gender influence style or type of leadership, females: democratic, interpersonally oriented. males: autocratic. Norms of group will determine positive or negative. Can include numbness etc: when is someone more likely to be excluded, lower on hierarchy.
