To be successful, manage guanxi with buyers, suppliers, local authorities, financial institutions, & tax offices. Need to maintain own dignity and others [save the face] Implications for management: direct criticism and confrontation not recommended//many considerations in promotion. Arrangement of things in working space, house etc. to increase fortune. Disneyland hong kong has the entrance facing 12 degrees.
