Provincial level: elected legislature: have constitutional authorities to make laws in form of legislations. Government officials: pm, provincial premiers and appointed officials (i. e. minister) To carry/ administer laws of legislative branch. 3 work together to make government possible and that constitution is respectd. Many believe that it is one single document. Written: constitution act, 1867&1982, has important provisions about many elements of the constitution.
