Hard to put into nubers, if petting dog is making it happy or ig its stumuli cant tell because we cant acess that part of the brain in dog. What dies it take to report a subjective experience: have the experience. Cant see colour , nothing wrong with eyes, just the part of brain can perceive colour, cant even think in coulous.
