Right hand side -> most customers will choose this side when entering a store. Higher probability of buying sale items if it"s on the right side. If products are eye-level then it"s usually easier to sell. Process selection: deciding on the way production of goods or services will be organized. Implications: capacity planning, layout of facilities, equipment and design of works.
