If it lasts for a long time, then to the consumer, it must be a quality product: but, we don"t personally value any products that last a long time, one man"s poison is another man"s treasure. Shows the relative nature around quality itself: there are certain patterns that we create with our lives, once we figure out those patterns, we use them to our advantage. Some companies don"t build quality products because they don"t need to: example: balloon companies, worker that expects more is usually the type of worker you want, he/she works with the expectation that he will receive more, more promotion. Winter 2017: qauality will sell because it is the core of your goals, the consequences of poor quality, loss of business, liability. Lack of conformance can cause a lot of problems to the consumer: durability, how long does an object last, serviceability, how good is the service for a product or service, aesthetics, how something looks.
