The source law is how the law started off and the consolidated law option in the e-laws search thing for ontario includes the updated versions. The section regulations will tell you who is responsible for making regulations under an act. The lieutenant governor for example is responsible for the athletics control act. The education act is divided by sections and subsections with 14 parts and starts with a table of contents. When it says the minister, it will say who the actual minister. For the education act it is the minister of education and training. On the test she will want the full name. The official print publication refers to the section, chapter that the act can be found in. On the e-law website you can just select regulations through the search box. With e-laws you can look at the source law, you can see the consolidated laws up to date, the statutes and the regulations.
