While friendship has become increasingly feminized, sexuality is increasingly masculinized. Historically, sex was seen as something that women were unsuited to. Until recently in the west, and into the present today, sex is seen as something that women are not supposed to like. We have this idea that sex is normal and natural for men, and then on the other hand, we have this idea that sex is moral, and nor natural for women, that women"s sexual lives are about policing borders. We are changing how we think of sex and relationships. Sex should be seen as something for pleasure. Girls are not supposed to be sexually practiced or sexually experienced, but men are supposed to be able to lead and incite sexual activity. Thus, it is focused on the penis and its activities. Men"s fantasies follow a script that is typical to porn with an anonymous partner.
