Minimum, maximum, optimum, etc. with specific reference to figure: provides a quantitative description of the data ex. Double, 150: indicates significant differences in means based on the results of statistical tests and discusses variation in data comprising the mean between different treatments. > general differences in the way two groups responded to the same treatment. Relate your findings to original research question + hypotheses. 2. state whether your result support your hypothesis. 3. explain the reasoning that led to these conclusion. (refer to specific trends in the data) 4. discuss whether sem bars overlapped and what this tells you about the means: show how your results and interpretations agree or contrast with previously published work. 6. explain any unexpected results or results not agreeing with hypothesis or the literature.
